Good to Know
How many people can the space accommodate?
Approximately 25–30 guests, depending on the layout. Please confirm your desired setup before booking. Additional fees will apply for guests beyond the number included in your rental package, subject to approval and the venue's maximum capacity.
What is included with the rental?
Access to the event center for the selected rental period. Please ask us to confirm furniture, equipment, and other inclusions for your event. Rooms not included in the rental will be inaccessible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. The deposit amount is $15 for the $55 rental and $25 for the $100 rental. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the event. There are no refunds, only re-scheduling.
Can I bring in outside food or catering?
Yes. Outside food and catering is permitted. Chafing dishes are encouraged for set-up using proper safety precautions.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Tables and chairs are pictured in the venue. Please confirm quantities and layouts before booking.
How do I gain access to the space?
A staff member will coordinate access for your reserved time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Event cancellations will be given one opportunity for re-scheduling with no additional monies due.
Is the podcast studio included in the event rental?
Podcast studio rental is a separate service. Contact us for availability and pricing.
